L’AGENCE's Development and Project Management (PMO) department operates primarily in the Morbihan, Greater West, and Île-de-France regions, and occasionally in Europe.
Its purpose is to support the development and implementation of real estate projects on behalf of third-party project owners.
Bring out the best, based on the business plan, the context and the project developed to secure the development phase without unjustified loss of value by avoiding an unsuitable structure generating a pile-up of margin and budgetary, deadline and other slippages.
